Heidi guarantees your satisfaction with the quality of her work products. Notify Heidi within 10 days of receipt of any work product you feel does not meet your standard of quality. You may then choose one of two options: 1) Receive work product remedy, free of charge, to meet the quality standards you seek, or 2) Refund your bill for said work product. (Please note: All refunded work products must be immediately returned to Heidi. Obtaining and maintaining copies of refunded work products are not allowable and subject to penalties.)

New Clients:
Receive 25% off your first assignment.
Child Abuse Cases:
Legal representatives of abused or neglected children may receive a 50% fee discount on all services provided for child abuse cases. Furthermore, child abuse cases with poor financial support may qualify for pro bono discounts.
New Referrals:
Receive four (4) FREE hours off any single consulting service for each valid new client referral you recommend to Heidi.
Receive one (1) FREE medical record screening for each new client you referred who assigned consulting services through Heidi for the first time.
Guaranteed Hours:
Assign 30 or more hours of services in a month and receive 10% off that month’s bill.
Fees & Agreements
Heidi requires a retainer per medical record screening and charges hourly rates for work products and services. Hourly rates vary for Consulting Expert (CE) services versus those of Testifying Expert (TE) services. Refundable and non-refundable flat fees apply for location of testifying experts. Contact Heidi for a quote on hourly rates and/or for an interview. Confirmation letters are exchanged for active client services. In some instances, letter agreements and/or contracts may be utilized.
Payments
Bills on active client cases are issued on a monthly basis. Retainers paid in advance for screenings are deducted from bill statements. Bill payments are due within 30 days of receipt. Clients may conveniently pay bills online using the secure PayPalTM system below.
